Join your neighbors Tuesday, October 6th from 5-7 pm for National Night Out. Includes a police cruiser, K9 unit, and games. A great opportunity to meet friends and discuss community concerns.

Generator Installation Policy
Homeowners may install a generator if located on the side of the property similar to A/C units or in the backyard and not highly visible from the street. No prior approval required if these conditions are met.

Berkshire maintains a strict no door-to-door sales policy. Children may place temporary signs and discreetly contact neighbors for school or club fundraising.

The board has approved a homeowner request for driveway improvements at 1870 Belhaven Drive. All improvement requests must be submitted and approved by the board prior to beginning work.

Voting and Board Elections

Nomination Period
Any homeowner in good standing may nominate themselves or another eligible resident prior to the annual meeting.

Candidate Review
Candidates are announced to the community ahead of the election so homeowners can review and prepare.

Annual Vote
Homeowners vote at the annual meeting. Each property in good standing receives one vote per open position.
04
Results
Results are announced at the meeting and new officers are sworn in to begin serving the community.

Parking
Vehicles must be parked in driveways or designated areas. No inoperable vehicles stored visibly on property.

Lawn and Landscaping
Lawns must be regularly mowed and maintained. Front yard changes may require ARC approval.

Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Bins placed at curb on collection day only and returned promptly. Not visible from street except collection day.

Approval is required for all exterior modifications including fences, sheds, driveways, paint color changes, additions, and visible equipment. Submitting this form opens your email client.

Yes. Any exterior modifications including fences, sheds, driveways, paint color changes, additions, and visible equipment require Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval before work begins. Submit a request using the ARC Request Form on this site.
