Homeowners may install a generator if located on the side of the property similar to A/C units or in the backyard and not highly visible from the street. No prior approval required if these conditions are met.

Candidates are announced to the community ahead of the election so homeowners can review and prepare.

Annual Vote
Homeowners vote at the annual meeting. Each property in good standing receives one vote per open position.

Results
Results are announced at the meeting and new officers are sworn in to begin serving the community.

Community Rules Summary

Parking
Vehicles must be parked in driveways or designated areas. No inoperable vehicles stored visibly on property.

Lawn and Landscaping
Lawns must be regularly mowed and maintained. Front yard changes may require ARC approval.

Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Home Improvements
Exterior modifications require ARC approval before work begins. Submit requests to the board.

Trash and Recycling
Bins placed at curb on collection day only and returned promptly. Not visible from street except collection day.

Be considerate neighbors. Excessive noise is prohibited. No door-to-door solicitation allowed.

Approval is required for all exterior modifications including fences, sheds, driveways, paint color changes, additions, and visible equipment. Submitting this form opens your email client.
